Hi, I am Karina Amato.

I am a natural light photographer in NNY. I am also a nurse by trade, and the Varsity Cheerleading coach for Indian River. I have a love for all things "golden". Golden Retrievers, golden sunsets, golden flowers.. you name it.

I have two kids that inspire me to move mountains. We have three dogs, that I love endlessly. 1 Yellow Labrador, 1 Golden Retriever, and a rescue that was my fathers. We also have a mini donkey named Tucker. You can find Tucker trying to be included in all of the mini sessions at my house.

During our free time, you can find us at camp, boating on the St. Lawrence River, fishing, or doing really anything that involves being outside.

As a photographer, I love capturing raw and sincere moments. It wasn't until after the loss of my father that I realized how important photos are. Stop. Smile. TAKE. THE. PICTURE.
